Certification of imports

A person wishing to import a consignment of pesticides shall present to the Customs Officer a certificate in Form VI signed by any person authorised in that behalf by the Board, stating that the pesticides listed in the Customs Entry Form are permitted or prohibited under the Pesticides Control Act, and that the importer has a valid licence to import the permitted pesticides.
