Restricted pesticides, authorisation to sell restricted pesticides and registration of premises

(1) No person shall sell a restricted pesticide unless, authorization to (a) he is authorized in the prescribed manner so to do; (b) the premises in which the sale is carried out have been registered in the prescribed manner for the purpose; and (c) the sale is carried out in accordance with such other requirements as may be prescribed. (2) A list of restricted pesticides is given in the Third Schedule to this Act and this Schedule may be amended or replaced from time to time by Order, by the Minister in consultation with the Board.
