Registered pesticides

(1) Any person may, subject to the provisions of this Act, manufacture, import, advertise or sell a pesticide which is declared to be a registered pesticide. (2) A list of registered pesticides is given in the Second Schedule to this Act and this Schedule may be amended or replaced from time to time by order, by the Minister in consultation with the Board. (3) Any person wishing to sell a registered pesticide shall obtain from the Board a licence entitling him to sell registered pesticides and comply with such conditions as may be stipulated in the licence.
