(EDUARDO JUAN) Minister of Natural Resources Minister responsible for the National Parks System 26 SCHEDULE [Paragraph 2] VICTORIA PEAK NATURAL MONUMENT ALL THAT piece or parcel of land comprising of approximately 4,847 acres situate in the Stann Creek District and bounded on the North by Sittee River Forest Reserve; East by Sittee River Forest Reserve and Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary; South by Cockscomb Basic Wildlife Sanctuary; West by the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary and Chiquibul National Park and is known to be the Victoria Peak National Monument hereinafter described as follows– (a) commencing at a point on the Main Divide of the Maya Mountains having a UTM coordinate of 320 450 East and 1859 150 North; (b) thence southwest on a bearing of S 02°12' 09" W for a distance of approximately 650.5 meters to its southwest corner having a UTM coordinate of 320 425 East and 1858 500 North; (c) thence northeast on a bearing of S 89° 53' 18" E for a distance of approximately 12,825 meters to a point having a UTM coordinate of 333 250 East and 1858 525 North; (d) thence north on a bearing of N 00° 45' 01" W for a distance of approximately 1,527. 1 meters to a point having a UTM coordinate of 333 230 East and 1860 052 North; (e) thence westerly on a bearing of S 89° 55' 41" W for a distance of approximately 12,765 National Protected Areas System [CAP. 215 27 meters to a point having a UTM coordinate of 320 465 East and1860 036 North; (f) thence south on a bearing of S 00° 58' 12" W for a distance of approximately 886.1 meters back to the point of commencement.
