NATIONAL PROTECTED AREAS SYSTEM (DECLARATION OF NORTH-EASTERN BIOLOGICAL CORRIDOR) ORDER (Section 8, 15 and 24) [Gazetted 18th January, 2020]. 1. This Order may be cited as theNATIONAL PROTECTED AREAS SYSTEM (DECLARATION OF NORTH-EASTERN BIOLOGICAL CORRIDOR) ORDER. Declaration of North-Eastern Biological Corridor. Schedule I. 2.–(1) The area specified in Schedule I is hereby declared to be a Terrestrial Biological Corridor, being a type of special management area, for the purpose of terrestrial and marine transboundary linkages within the wider regional biological connectivity framework. (2) The Terrestrial Biological Corridor declared under subparagraph (1) shall be called the North-Eastern Biological Corridor. Schedule II. (3) A sketch plan of the North-Eastern Biological Corridor is shown in Schedule II. Commencement. 3. This Order shall come into force on the 22nd day of January 2020. (3) And further, more particularly described as follows– (a) thence on a grid bearing of 215 degrees 24 minutes 19 seconds for a distance of 1329.808 meters to a concrete pillar; (b) thence on a grid bearing of 111 degrees 24 minutes 27 minutes for a distance of 1359.804 meters to a concrete pillar; (c) thence on a grid bearing of 182 degrees 35 minutes 32 seconds for a distance of 8147.215 meters to a concrete pillar having U.T.M. coordinates value of 364066.386 east and 1987578.930 north as shown on Survey Entry No. 2769, Registered No. 11; (d) thence on a grid bearing of 270 meters 24 minutes 43 seconds for a distance of 842.855 meters back to the point of commencement. (4) Save and except– (a) ALL THAT piece and parcel of land containing 187.215 acres and being part of the Shipstern / Bulkhead Registration Section, Corozal District commencing at a concrete pillar on the south having U.T.M coordinates value of 372794.934 east and 2013421.613 north; 14 (b) thence in a north-westerly direction having grid bearing of 350 degrees 2 minutes 45 seconds for a distance of 493.562 meters to a concrete pillar; (c) thence on a north-westerly direction on a grid. bearing of 391 degrees 21 minutes 35 seconds for a distance of 459.427 meters to a concrete pillar; (d) thence on a easterly direction on a grid bearing of 450 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds for a distance of 340.891 meters to a concrete pillar; (e) thence to a north-easterly direction on a grid bearing of 479 degrees 34 minute 30 seconds for a distance of 670.044 meters to a concrete pillar; (f) thence on a north-easterly direction on a grid bearing of 479 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds for a distance of 46.207 meters to a concrete pillar; (g) thence on a north-westerly direction on a grid bearing 212 degrees 30 minutes 15 seconds for a distance of 549.639 meters to a concrete pillar; (h) thence on a north-westerly direction on a grid bearing of 273 degrees 8 minutes 50 seconds for a distance of 490.264 meters to a concrete pillar; (i) thence on a north-westerly direction on a grid bearing of 232 degrees 3 minutes 0 seconds fora distance of 231.766 meters to a concrete pillar; National Protected Areas System [CAP. 215 15 (j) thence on a north-westerly direction on a grid bearing 291 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds for a distance of 160.824 meters to a concrete pillar.
