Policies and Plans

(1) The Minister may develop policies and plans for the National Protected Areas System to– (a) implement legislation and regulations for the National Protected Areas System; and (b) update the National Protected Areas System Plan, as needed, and in any event at intervals of no longer than five years, and present it to the Cabinet for approval. (2) In sub-section (1) “National Protected Areas System Plan” means the national plan for the development of protected areas prepared by the National Protected Areas Advisory
