Permits

(1) The Minister may, at his discretion, issue permits to bonafide organizations and scientists and other qualified professionals or specialists for cave exploration, collection of specimens of particular species of flora or fauna, group education archaeological or paleontological exploration, scientific research and related activities. (2) All such permits shall require that copies of all data and findings from any of the activities specified in sub-section (1), or any papers based on them, shall be provided to the Minister. (3) The Minister may at his discretion, and subject to such conditions as he may think desirable attach thereto, issue permits for fishing in any area declared to be a national park, wildlife sanctuary or natural monument where such activity will not destroy or seriously detract from those values that were the principal reason for establishment of the protected area.
