Application and Scope of Act

Except where otherwise stated, this Act shall not apply– (a) in relation to any archaeological reserve or ancient monument or antiquity, the care or control or management of which is regulated under the National Institute of Culture and History Act; or CAP. 331. National Protected Areas System [CAP. 215 13 (b) in relation to any such archaeological reserve or ancient monument or antiquity, in any manner inconsistent with regulation under the National Institute of Culture and History Act.
