Activities conducted within private protected area

The activities conducted or permitted by the land owner in a private protected area shall be consistent with the classification given to that protected area and shall be required to meet the same technical and procedural requirements of a 26 public protected area and such requirements as may be prescribed by the Minister and any change of ownership in the land shall not affect the protected status.
