Power of Minister to make rules in relation to protected landscape or protected seascape

The Minister may make rules, including providing for offences, regarding a protected landscape or protected seascape, to restrict– (a) development that may be inappropriate for the area given the purpose for which the area was declared; and (b) the carrying out of other activities that may impede such purpose.
