Offence and penalty

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or of any regulations made there under commits an offence under this Act and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment 22 Meat And Livestock for a period not exceeding six months, or to both such fine and period of imprisonment.
