Annual Report

(1) The Commission shall prepare annually a written report of its activities during the financial year together with a complete statement of its financial position and its accounts, audited as provided for in section 10 of this Act. (2) The Commission shall transmit certified copies of such report, statement and accounts to the Minister who shall lay them before the National Assembly.
