Obstruction of officers

Any person who resists, obstructs, hinders or molests any person acting under the authority of this Act in the discharge of any duty or the performance of any act which he is authorised or required to perform by this Act commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars. 24
