Validity of certain leases, licences and permits not affected by failure to register

Notwithstanding anything contained in the General Registry Act, no lease for a period not exceeding three years or licence or permit issued under this Act shall be invalid or non- effective by reason of such lease or licence or permit not being lodged for record in the General Registry.
