Application of the Cattle Trespass Act to cattle trespass in contravention of this Act

Cattle trespassing in or upon any land in contravention of any rules or regulations made under this Act shall be deemed to have been found in a prohibited area for the purposes of section 6 of the Cattle Trespass Act. CAP. 208. CAP. 327.
