Right of appeal against prescriptions

Within sixty days of the date that the Chief Forest Officer serves notice on a landowner in accordance with section 5 of this Act, the landowner may appeal to the Minister against any or all of the prescriptions in the fire protection plan which relate to the land over which the landowner enjoys rights. The Minister shall consider such appeal and his decision thereon shall be final.
