Disaster preparedness and response related power

Cap. 212, s. 14 · Revised Edition 2020

Any exercise of any power of the Chief Forest Officer under this Act is an exercise of a disaster preparedness and response related power within the meaning of section 13 (1) of the Disaster Preparedness and Response Act, Cap. 145.
