(NEWCASTLE DISEASE) (INFECTED AREA) ORDER (Section 55) (Gazetted 17th January, 2009.) 1. This Order may be cited as theCitation (NEWCASTLE DISEASE) (INFECTED AREA) ORDER.
2. In this OrderInterpretation.
"Newcastle disease" means the virulent form of the disease.
3. The following districts are declared to be infected with Newcastle DiseaseInfected areas.
(a) Cayo District;
(b) Stann Creek District;
(c) Belize District.
4. This Order comes into force on signature.
Commencement.
MADE by the Minister responsible for Agriculture this 12th day of January, 2009 .
