Penalty

Any person who commits a breach of any of the provisions of these Regulations which is not made an offence under the provisions of the Animals (Diseases and Importation) Act, shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred and fifty dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months. 692 SCHEDULE FORM A (Reg. 3 (1)) Notice Defining Infected Place To of I, of being an Inspector appointed under the Animals (Diseases and Importation) Act, hereby give you notice as the occupier of the undermentioned premises that the said premises are hereby declared to be an infected place and to become subject to the provisions of the Poultry Diseases Regulations.
