Valuation of poultry

In the event of a dispute occurring between the owner and the inspector as to the value of the poultry destroyed and for which compensation shall be paid under regulation 10(b) of these Regulations, a valuer shall be appointed by the Magistrate of the District in which the infected place shall wholly or mainly lie, and the valuation made by the valuer so appointed shall be final.
