Fees

(1) The Authority may charge the owner, keeper or producer a fee of $10.00 per animal for testing and services relating to testing for brucellosis. (2) Notwithstanding subregulation (1), or any other Regulation which provides for testing in relation to tuberculosis or the application of ear tags under the regulations relating to cattle identification, where more than one service is to be performed on a bovine the fee to be charged is $10.00.
