Elements of the Epidemiological Surveillance, Prevention and Control Program

The Epidemiological Surveillance, Prevention and Control Program shall include the following elements– (a) a system for the registration and access to documentation; (b) a list of officially recognized laboratories for the collection of samples and analysis; (c) a contingency plan; (d) a strategy for training and raising awareness; (e) a cattle feed inspection program for the prevention and control of BSE.
