Compensation for slaughter

Belize Agricultural Health Authority (Prevention, Control And Eradication Of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy) Regulations, reg. 16 · Revised Edition 2020

Where cattle are slaughtered in accordance with section 56 of the Act, compensation as a result of the slaughter caused by a risk of BSE shall be in accordance with section 58 of the Act.
