Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires- “Chief Agricultural Officer” includes any officer of the Agricultural Department authorised by him in writing for the purposes of these Regulations; “Inspector” means the person appointed by the Minister in accordance with section 3 of the Animals (Diseases and Importation) Act.
