Dung and garbage

(1) No dung (other than the excrements of birds) shall be imported into Belize. (2) The provisions of subregulation (1) of this regulation shall not apply to any dung which is contained in any box or crate in which any animal is lawfully imported into Belize. (3) No garbage or waste animal matter shall be discharged from vessels or aircraft within the boundaries of Belize except under such conditions as may be specified by the Chief Agricultural Officer.
