Ingredients of certain articles

(1) For the purposes of section 67 of the Act, any article sold under a name set out in Column I of the First Schedule, to these Regulations, has the meaning and shall contain the main ingredients set out against that name in Column 2 of that Schedule and the Statutory Statement shall contain inter alia the percentage of the article mentioned in Column 3 thereof. First Schedule. (2) For the purposes of section 68 of the Act, the limits of variations in respect of any article named in Column 3 of the First Schedule to these Regulations shall be that set out against that article in Column 4 of that Schedule.
