Fumigation of aircraft, vehicle, ship or commodity upon initial entry into, and exit from, Belize

(1) OIRSA shall be and is hereby authorized, for and on behalf of the Government of Belize, to fumigate every aircraft, vehicle, ship or commodity listed in regulation 4 of these Regulations, upon its initial entry into Belize, and again on exit from Belize if its stay in Belize exceeds twelve hours, and thereafter after a period of every twelve hours until its departure (2) The twelve-hour interval referred to in subregulation (1) above does not apply to commodities remaining in Belize. 404
