Scope

(1) These Regulations apply to– (a) veterinary drugs, veterinary pesticides, animal feed, biologicals and biotechnological products of veterinary use, which are used, or prescribed for use, or intended to be used, in Belize Agricultural Health Authority [CAP. 211 91 connection with the treatment, prophylaxis or diagnosis of disease in animals; (b) the manufacture, importation, distribution and sale of the products specified in paragraph (a) of this regulation. CAP. 216. (2) Where there is any inconsistency between the provisions of these Regulations and the provisions of the Pesticide Control Act, the provisions of that Act shall prevail.
