Manufacturer’s licence

Belize Agricultural Health Authority (Veterinary Drugs And Animal Feed) (Registration And Control) Regulations, reg. 16 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) No person shall manufacture a veterinary drug unless he has a manufacturer’s licence granted by the Unit. Fifth Schedule. (2) A manufacturer’s licence shall be granted, and may be suspended or revoked, by the Unit in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Fifth Schedule.
