Importer’s licence
Belize Agricultural Health Authority (Veterinary Drugs And Animal Feed) (Registration And Control) Regulations, reg. 15 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) No person shall import a veterinary drug, veterinary pesticide or animal feed unless he has an importer’s licence issued by the Unit.
Fourth Schedule.
(2) An importer's licence shall be issued and may be suspended or revoked by the Unit in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Fourth Schedule.
(3) The Unit may impose conditions in connection with the grant of an importer’s licence.
