Unregistered drugs, etc., are prohibited

(1) No person shall sell, manufacture, import, package, label or distribute a veterinary drug or veterinary pesticide or animal feed that is not registered by the Unit under regulation 9. (2) The veterinary drugs specified in the Second Schedule are banned for use in Belize. (3) The Unit, on the advice of the Veterinary Drugs Control Committee, may amend the Second Schedule by adding or removing the name of a drug specified therein. Third Schedule.
