Failure to declare any regulated commodity or product to a designated officer at a port of entry shall result in the confiscation of the commodity or product and the importer of the commodity or product shall be subject to a penalty as follows32 Quantity Fee BZ$ (a) commercial quantity 2,000.00; (b) non-commercial quantity 500.00.
