Miscellaneous

(1) A person may request the Authority to carry out any inspection or testing as prescribed in Schedule I and shall pay the applicable fees as prescribed in that Schedule. (2) Every person, organization or entity who desires to have technical documents in the areas of agricultural health and food safety to be translated may make such a request in writing to the Managing Director. (3) A designated officer may, with the written approval of the Managing Director, enter into contractual agreement with requesting parties for the translation of documents. (4) The fees associated with the translation of documents referred to in subregulation (3) above shall be as follows– (a) a fee of twenty-seven dollars per page for certified translation from the Spanish language to the English language; (b) a fee of thirty-seven dollars per page for certified translation from the English language to the Spanish language. (5) For the purposes of this Regulation “page” means a type- written sheet of single-spaced character with margins of one inch on all sides and type-written information on one side of the paper only.
