Quarantine inspection

(1) Every consignment entering at any port of entry shall be inspected by a designated officer and a Customs Official. (2) Every importer of a commodity or product who fails to submit to inspection under subregulation (1) above shall be liable to an administrative fine of two hundred dollars (BZ $200.00) payable to the Authority or a designated officer. etc.
