Exemption from income tax, property tax, stamp duty, and import duty

(1) The Authority shall be exempt from the payment of income tax, property tax, and import duty on all purchases including but not limited to fuel purchases. (2) All instruments executed by or on behalf of the Authority shall be exempt from stamp duty.
