Power to prohibit use of roads by Order

The Minister may, in his discretion, by Order prohibit, during such time as may be specified in such Order– (a) the use in any manner whatever of any public road, thoroughfare or river passing through an infected area, or of any part of such public road, thoroughfare or river; or (b) the use, except in compliance with such conditions as may be specified in such Order, of any such public road, thoroughfare or river, or of any part thereof.
