Transportation through infected places and areas

Subject to any specific provision in any Regulations or Orders made under this Act, nothing in this Act, or in any Regulations made thereunder, shall restrict or prohibit the transportation of any person, animal or thing, by public road, thoroughfare or river, through an infected place or an infected area if such person, animal or thing, as the case may be, is not detained within such place or area.
