Interpretation in this Part

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires“analyst” means a person appointed as such by the Authority under section 69; “animal” shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 2; 44 “article” means any article for use as a fertilizer of soil or as feed “ingredients” means ingredients specified for the purpose of any fertilizer or feeding stuff by Regulations made, or directions given, by the Authority under this Act.
