Import licence for animals, etc

(1) The Authority may grant to any person a permit to import any animal into Belize, and may, notwithstanding anything contained in any Regulations made under section 86, for the purposes of any exhibition, performance or circus, grant a permit to import any particular animal into Belize. (2) Any permit granted under this section may contain such terms and conditions as the Authority may think necessary. (3) Every person desirous of applying for a permit shall make application in such form as the Authority may require.
