Order amending definition of animal disease

The Minister may, on the recommendations of the Authority, from time to time by Order add any particular disease to, or remove any particular disease from, the definition of animal, fish, or bee disease contained in section 2, and as from the date of any such Order, such particular disease shall be, or shall cease to be, as the case may be, an animal, fish or bee disease within the meaning of this Act.
