Regulations

(1) The Minister may, in consultation with the Authority, prescribe Regulations in respect of any restricted article which is prohibited or the importation of which is regulated by this Act or any Orders made under this Act. (2) The owner, master or person in control of any carrier, including its stores and furnishings, shall be subject to any Regulations made under sub-section (1).
