Reimbursement or waiver of expenses

(1) Any expenses incurred by the designated officer in connection with those measures given under section 37 shall be reimbursed by the occupier or owner, and may be recovered by the Authority as a civil debt. (2) The Minister may, for a fit and proper cause and under the recommendation of the Authority, waive repayment of expenses incurred under section 37.
