Order amending definition of plant disease

The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Authority, from time to time by Order, add any particular disease to, or remove any particular disease from, the definition of plant disease contained in section 2 and as from the date of any such Order, such particular disease shall be, or shall cease to be, as the case may be, a plant disease within the meaning of this Act.
