Export Certification

The Authority may make and use such means as it deems necessary to provide for the inspection of domestic plants and plant products offered for export and to certify to shippers and interested parties as to the freedom of such products from injurious plant pests by means of a phytosanitary certificate issued by the Managing Director or any designated officer authorized by the Managing Director.
