Order modifying permit

(1) Where a permit has been granted by the Authority under section 27 but an Order is made by the Minister under section 28 in respect of the same or a similar restricted article, the permit shall be impliedly modified or revoked so as to make the entry requirements of the restricted article conform to the Order. (2) Where a permit has been modified by an Order as provided in sub-section (1), the terms and conditions of the permit regulating the importation into Belize of any restricted article shall be construed as one with the modifying Order and the permit may be revoked at any time.
