Establishment of services

(1) The Authority may, in writing, designate officers of the Authority to administer and enforce the provisions of this Act relating to plant health. (2) The designated officers and any other person designated by the Authority for that purpose, shall have power to do all that is necessary for the effective carrying out of the provisions of this Act and any Orders or Regulations made thereunder relating to plant health.
