Fisheries Resources (2) The Sea Cucumber Season is closed during July 1st and December 31st, inclusive, in any year. (3) It is imperative that the following information be submitted to the Fisheries Administrator by the end of November of each year. (a) complete details of meat weights in pounds; (b) quantity and species fished; (c) area fished; and (d) date and time each catch was fished. Failure to furnish this information as stipulated shall result in disqualification for a further licence until information is furnished. (4) Liability for contravention of any provision of the Fisheries Act or Regulations made thereunder voids this Licence.
