Fisheries Resources 3.–(1) A licence issued pursuant to these Regulations is not transferable. (2) The Fisheries Administrator, in issuing a special licence pursuant to these Regulations, may attach conditions to such licence, as is deemed fit having due regard for the need to protect the environment and natural resources. Offence and penalty. 4.–(1) A person who contravenes any of these Regulations commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction, to a fine of five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term of six months or to both fine and imprisonment. 66/1977. 168/1991. 55/1993. 143/1993. 68/1997. 13/1999. 66/2002. 56/2003. 90/2003. 103/2003. Commencement. (2) A person found liable of contravening any of the provisions of these Regulations, or any provisions of the Fisheries Regulations, as amended, shall suffer the cancellation of his license. 5.
