Section 2

(1) No person shall engage or attempt to engage, or assist a person to engage or attempt to engage in any fishing, of any kind, for any sea cucumber without a special license from the Fisheries Administrator. First Schedule. (2) A person desiring to engage in the fishing of sea cucumber shall apply to the Fisheries Administrator, in the form prescribed in the First Schedule, for the issue or renewal, as the case may be, of a sea cucumber special fishing license. (3) Every application submitted pursuant to subregulation (2) shall be accompanied by evidence of possession of a valid fisherman’s licence. (4) The Fisheries Administrator may, within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of an application under this regulation, grant a sea cucumber special fishing licence in the form prescribed in the Second Schedule. (5) A fee of seventy-five dollars (BZ $75.00) per seasonal year shall be payable for the issue of a sea cucumber special fishing licence. (6) Every licence issued pursuant to these Regulations shall be valid for one seasonal year, unless otherwise expressed in the
