Fisheries Resources (2) No establishment shall, have in its possession any bonefish, permit fish or tarpon or any of its product forms. Designation of species for sport fishing. 4. The species of fish prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations are designated for the purposes of sport fishing. Offence and Penalty. 5. Every person who contravenes these Regulations commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term of six months. or to both fine and imprisonment. Negative Resolution. 6. These Regulations are subject to negative resolution of the National Assembly. Commencement. 7. These Regulations shall come into force on the 14th of September, 2009.
